Alas, poor Venkatesh!1 I knew him, Horatio: a fellow of infinite jest, of most  xcellent fancy: he hath borne me on his back a thousand times; and now, how abhorred in my imagination it is! my gorge rims at it.

1This is (or at least was) a link to a memorial trust set up by Psychologist Vimala Veeraraghavan to advance "Education and Excellence" dedicated to her son and one of my best friends in the whole world, Venkatesh Veeraraghavan of New Delhi, India. He was a member of the West Chester University of Pennsylvana (USA) graduating class of 1997. He was my "Bhai Sahib!", my brother. He died in 2003 at the age of 27, profoundly affecting my life.

The King's First Gray Hair

This is exciting to me.

Many people do not like signs of aging.

I do.

Not only does it mean that I am no longer a young king.

Every day that I live and every milestone that I experience means that I am rebelling against the curse that the men in my family have (they die young).

I wonder what I'm going to look like when I'm 64 or 84 or maybe even 104.

Warm Regards,
